We are not only focused on selling but also want to build a relation with our customers through queries, feedback and are very open to any ideas or suggestions given by our customers to help better our services.
We are happy to exchange the products for when you change your mind, order by mistake or you spot something else that you feel is best to have but we request the item to be returned back in a resalable condition and has not been touched due to the nature of the product being a sensitive hygiene issue as we put great emphasis on Hygiene and making sure the customers are safe to consume our products.
We are Happy to accept returns as long as it is in a resalable condition.
