Being an online business we have a policy of 'connecting with our customers' in the most quickest way and are online 24/7. We are not only focused on selling but also want to build a relation with our customers through queries, feedback and are very open to any ideas or suggestions given by our customers to help better our services. 

We are happy to exchange the products for when you change your mind, order by mistake or you spot something else that you feel is best to have but we request the item to be returned back in a resalable condition and has not been touched due to the nature of the product being a sensitive hygiene issue as we put great emphasis on Hygiene and making sure the customers are safe to consume our products. So all you need to do is contact us and we will send you a free postage for the return.

We are Happy to accept returns as long as it is in a resalable condition.

If we have disappointed you then please contact us straight away and we will try our best to help resolve the issue or offer a better alternative but will make sure your are left happy and satisfied.
